Payments
When do I receive my Settlement Payout?
Settlement Payouts are processed daily at 09:00 AM AEST excluding weekends and National Public Holidays). Funds generally land in your account same day, but allow 48 hours.
If you are receiving a Settlement Payout today, you will be emailed 2 reports at 11:00 AM AEST, Settlement and Rejection, showing itemised transactions related to your payout.
Payments made to you using Biz Core’s services generally take 2 business days to clear. For example, a payment processed on Monday, will be paid to you on Wednesday, however, a payment processed on Friday, won’t be paid until Tuesday.
Do you integrate with Xero?
A button can be added to your Xero invoice so your customer can pay directly with card. Payments made via this button can be shown on your Xero account/reports.

What are Claims and Cancellations?
A Claim is when a customer disputes the payment made to you.
A Cancellation is when the customer cancel’s the direct debit (aka payment stop) through their bank. This means all future attempted direct debits are automatically rejected.
